How to reach us
IRL uses one inbox—admin@irlapp.org—for every topic. We operate from California. Identity checks today require supported U.S. state driver's-license or state-ID barcodes; venue rollouts focus on the United States as shipped. We triage thoughtfully but cannot dispatch emergency responders.
Use that address for:
- Technical issues, crashes, or login trouble
- Questions about venues, discovery, or how features work
- Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion)—see also Privacy Policy and Delete account
- Urgent safety or abuse reports—in parallel use in-app reporting when available (Safety center)
- Press, partnerships, or general inquiries
Information to include
Helping us reproduce a bug saves time—share your device model, OS version, IRL version, screenshots if safe, timestamps, and concise steps. For account-specific help, send email from your registered email when possible so we can verify ownership responsibly.
Emergency
If you or someone else faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. IRL cannot dispatch emergency responders.
